A Senior MSFT Dynamics professional is a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who is responsible for developing solutions, implementing services, and improving processes
General Accountabilities
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics Integration with Adobe Forms
- Deep understanding of Sales Accelerators and Omni Channels
- Ability to create/enhance/manage integrations into ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc…
- Ability to perform performance benchmarking & tuning
- Required to provide proactive maintenance and recommendations to improve performance
- Report creation capabilities (PowerBI a plus) • Maintain patching/updates to the system
- Strong ability to configure Dynamics Sales
• Ability to document system configurations, and changes, and create reference architectures
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ITSM foundation training is required.
Experience:
- 5+ years in MSFT Dynamics consulting
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Good performance management skills including feedback techniques.
Fluent English language skills are required.
